Upon A Star - Christmas Tree

You can dedicate a star to someone special on a Christmas tree at one of the local Lincolnshire NHS hospitals supported by United Lincolnshire Hospitals Charity

You may want to sponsor a star in memory of a loved one, in celebration of a new arrival or to show your support for the NHS and give thanks.

In thanks of your kind donation we will send you a special bamboo ‘Upon A Star' Christmas Tree Decoration to add to your Tree at home.

The £25 donation will allow us to continue to provide additional equipment, services, and facilities for our patients, our visitors, and our staff across Lincolnshire.

• Christmas presents for all adult inpatients on Christmas Day
• a Christmas meal for staff working on Christmas Day 
• a meal to give thanks to our dedicated volunteers for their service to the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
