We will hold the information for as long as you are an active supporter of the Charity or until you ask us to stop processing your data.

If you register with us for a charity fundraising event run by a third party, we will share your details with the third party in order to register you for the event.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, do not tick the box to indicate that you want your email address to be used for email marketing purposes
  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for email marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to the address given below or by emailing us

Right to rectification
