Taking place on Sunday 18 April 2027, this iconic event brings together runners of all abilities for an unforgettable day in the capital. From world‑famous landmarks to hidden gems along closed central London roads, you’ll experience the city in a way few ever do. You’ll experience incredible crowd support, lively entertainment and a fantastic race-day atmosphere from start to finish. With a well-organised route, water stations and support along the way, you’ll be part of one of the UK’s biggest marathon event. Every mile you run helps us go beyond NHS funding - supporting patients, families, and staff across United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust with those extra touches that make a real difference. Registration and fundraising We use Run For Charity to support the registrations for our externally organised events. Registration is just £30, and includes a charity running T‑shirt.
