Join us as we mark this year's Baby Loss Awareness Week with our annual Lantern Walk

We invite you to our annual parade to commemorate Baby Loss Awareness Week.

6pm: We will gather at the Robert Hardy Building at Lincoln Bishop (formerly Bishop Grosseteste) University. Take time to chat with family and friends over tea, coffee and cake before we collect our lanterns and light them in readiness of our walk.

7pm: Together we walk to Lincoln Cathedral in a lantern-lit procession to symbolise the wave of light.

7.30pm: After placing our lanterns in a heart shape, we will enter the magnificent surroundings of Lincoln Cathedral and be given the opportunity to light a candle and take a moment to reflect whilst The Lincolnshire Military Wives Choir quietly sing in the background.

“It brings the baby loss community together and allows us to show that our babies matter. None of us chose to be part of this community, but we are, and we all support families when they don’t get to bring their baby home.” Laura Yarlett
