Join us as we mark Baby Loss Awareness Week and join the international Wave of Light.

We will start at the Robert Hardy Building at Bishop Grosseteste University. There will be music, tea, coffee, cake and a chance to mingle as we collect our lanterns and prepare to walk as a wave of light to Lincoln Cathedral.

At 7pm we join together and mark the wave of light by lighting up our battery lanterns and will walk as a group to Lincoln Cathedral.

Once at the Cathedral we will be invited inside to light candles and hear a few words.

I attended the lantern walk held by the ULHT hospital charities last year, it's a lovely idea. It coincided with baby loss awareness week, which made it feel very special. Walking from the hospital to the cathedral, all with lanterns was very poignant & of thought provoking of all the babies taken to soon including my own. I will be attending the event again this year as it was such a lovely, warm & welcoming event. - Jade Binks
